About Smart Lending Solutions

Smart Lending Solutions is an established Toowoomba based financial services business. Our consultants have been in the lending business for 18 years and are regularly attending training to keep up to date with all products available to their clients. This also enables our consultants to be able to answer all of your questions or concerns.

Our director, David Alderdice, has also completed a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) in order to provide our clients with effective, informed solutions.

We aim to make your lending experience enjoyable and stress free, as purchasing a property, etc is a very exciting time in your life.

Industry accreditation  

Standards of training vary widely across the mortgage broking industry. So choosing a broker with an industry accreditation, like belonging to the MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia), will mean they are impartial and obliged to adhere to an industry Code of Practice.
